Sunset Regional Park is the crown jewel in the valley's park system, and has been open since 1967!

Different phases of park expansions have developed 3/4 of the total 324 available acres, making Sunset Park the largest park in all of Clark County. Sunset Park contains some of the last remaining dunes that once covered the entire area of Paradise Valley. A thousand years ago, the Paiute Indian Tribe inhabited the site, greeting visitors who sought to trade seeds, nuts and the valuable blue stone turquoise. Water continues to flow under the park to this day.

The dog park has two enclosed, off-leash dog runs for large and small dogs, located far south of the park, bordering Warm Springs Road.
